EQUITY FINANCING

EQUITY FINANCINGCouldn't help but notice Canaccord buying up everything today pushing the price to .46. Is it possible we could see a new round of equity financing before the 16th of Dec.? On another note I re-read the news release from back during the Oxiquant merger [Nov 4 '02] and noticed an indication of the possibilities of a 4 to 1 reverse split for the purpose of accessing capital markets with the timing of such a split to be determined whenever the company thought needed. Could this be the time? If so then is this a good time to exit and then re-enter with more free shares at a lower price after any possible dilution from another round of financing? Or would a 4 for 1 reverse split help hold the price stable? Any thoughts? DH
