China plans to cap the rate of return for private investors in non-state schools at 10%. The
Ministry of Education is still drafting details of the regulations, which would cover private
investment in non-profit education projects. China is also considering a minimum
investment of 5-10 million yuan (US$600,000-US$1.2 million) from foreign organizations,
including overseas universities, that plan to run courses in China."

Nice to see Brilliance car maker doing well in this report..it's one of the top 5 in a China mutual fund I hold.
It's easy to see that companies already positioned in China will be making profits beyond normal expectations.
