AXMIN Inc. is a Canadian exploration and development company with a focus on Central and West Africa. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, has exploration projects in the Central African Republic (CAR) and Senegal. The Company’s primary asset is the Passendro Gold Project situated in the CAR. It holds a 100% interest in the Bambari properties, which consists of a mining license (355 square kilometers) and two exploration licenses, Bambari 1 and 2 (1,240 square kilometers). The Passendro Gold Project is situated in the center of the mining license, which is ring-fenced by the two Bambari exploration licenses. The Company, through its joint venture partner and manager, Sabodala Mining Company SARL (SMC) owns approximately 20% interest in Sounkounkou, Heremokono and Sabodala NW exploration licenses (the Project) located in the Birimian belt of eastern Senegal. The Company's subsidiaries include AXMIN Limited (BVI), Aurafrique SARL (CAR), SOMIO Toungou SA (CAR), and others.

It's all good news. The PP was fully subscribed! Cybil was wrong again; she stated that ...it wasn't going well... There are ZERO surprises, just a formality to announce that all is proceeding as planned. It has been common knowledge that this issue would have 100 million shares, I expect that it could exceed 100. There is a hold on the stock, don't worry about Cybil hyping the "backdoor theory"...if you've got the balls and the money to figure an angle then do it, if you can; we all know that Cybil, being a she doesn't have any ba... PLEASE watch the warrant expiration and keep an eye for those who will be excercising the warrants, it will put more CASH into the Company...it will be a positive indicator of expectation. Volume has been so solid of late because the PP was sold out. This whole deal looks good, let's see where it takes itself. CYBIL, 6 posts in a row, a new personal low even for this vermin...keep it up Cybil, the share price is behaving well and always does when you mouth off. Watching and waiting, paddockjudge
