US Bill on loan guarantees

Interesting article in the Calgary Herald this morning on the Bill that just passed in the US House providing loan guarantees for the Alaska pipeline construction. Still needs to pass in the Senate though, but the bill, as it stands now, also allows for US Govt loan guarantee support on the Canadian legs as well as the US portions. Any thoughts how that may impact TRP and comments on the possibility of the bill making it through the Senate or not? 5wood
