Hey Sil, You are pretty negative tonight. What kind of sweetheart deal did you think they were gonna come up with. They do owe more than 10 million dollars. Is the company in worse shape tonight than when you went to bed last night. At least now there is a plan in place. (i still reserve judgement on this plan by the way). Of all the crap we have put up with over the last 2 years THIS is the one thing that will make you sell. I hope you won't regret it. Good luck
