Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Re individuals and not Oncoloytics Co., being the inventor(s) and the patent applicant(s), only individuals can invent and apply but employment law says its on behalf of the Company. Nothing to worry about there.
