Great News for Us: Very Bad for Techoi2 & AirplayBefore I deliver the news, Techi02, where is your evidence that Wimmer engages in pump and dump? And come to think of it, if whatever conduct he engages in impacts the price of ATQ in the same manner as his behaviour has impacted on the price of SMY and GBI, all of us shareholders will be thrilled. After all SMY has moved up to $2.50 from .30 C in the last year or so and GBI has doubled to approximately $4. So whatever it is that Mr. Wimmer is serving up, let there be more thereof.
Now for the news and, in my view, its rather big news. I actually did a double take when I saw it and phoned IR to confirm, which it did. What we have is a recent addition to the Board of an extraordinarily accomplished, connected and influential individual. He adds tremendous credibility to the Board. As you will see below, he is presently a very senior employee of IBM, was the Chair, get this, of Celestica when it first came into being and presently sits as a Director on SMY a RFID company. As we shareholders know, RFID, is about to take off in a very pervasive sense and it is a niche in manufacturing which ATQ would dearly benefit from. Indeed, ATQ has already announced its first RFID manufacturing deal. SMY seems well poised to benefit from the adoption of RFID by WALMART, the U.S. Department of Defence and other very large players. It would be fabulous to see a relationship with SMY but also with other RFID players. In any event, Bill McClean's experience and ability will be invaluable to ATQ.
Below is the extract from ATQ's website.
