RE: Gerry Wimmer co.??(a) Mr. Wimmer doesn't sit on the ATQ board. (b) Mr. McClean is only one director of many. In the case of SMY Mr. Wimmer and Mr. McClean are very much in the minority. (c) It is extremely common for talented people to sit on multiple boards where the kind of potential for conflict of interest that you talk about exists. Actually, as I understand it, the law permits this in recognition that the risk is far outweighed by the benefits of having talented people sit on B of D. Given the duty of loyalty directors have to their companies and that in this case they are distinctly in the minority, in my view what you have raised is a tempest in a teapot.
You should be excited for us and yet you are dismayed. Now why could that be?
