No AGM until new year

Spoke to Lisa this morning and she advised that the AGM will not be help on Dec 9th. It will be in the New year. I said January and she would not commit. She was not able to tell me anything else but, something is clearly happening behind the scenes. Something significant enought to postpone the "AGM and special meeting" as noted on sedars (without a date)......HABFAN
