RE: Added to Position Yesterday!!!

RE: Added to Position Yesterday!!!Shiftyone, Good questions...too bad more people on this board weren't asking & answering them or others like them instead of posting useless hypester garbage that simply waste everyone's time. In regard to your comments about EPS & 30M shares...it is difficult to accurately analyze a company in the position of RUT since things are changing so fast. When I first looked at this stock back in the summer, I declined to look further after seeing how complex it would be to evaluate & how many unknowns there were. After a while I took another look & saw quite a few things I liked. We are making investment decisions with this stock while not having all the pieces which makes it somewhat speculative. Using GAAP when a company prepares it's statements, it is correct to use average shares outstanding during the period as a basis for EPS. The average basic shares outstanding was 16.48M shares thus we get 11 cents. In effect the company will need to grow the Net Earnings by 81% to $3.33M just to stay at 11 cents EPS based on the current 30.3M shares. That will be a challenge but I suspect they will still be able to increase EPS. Those on this board who keep spouting exaggerated numbers for future market cap & share price likely have no understanding of these realities. Cheers!!!
