Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. JJGOO1 Re "How can ONC's patents be enforceable if other therapies kill ras-activated cancer cells as well as non-ras-activated cancer cells by way of a different mechanism of action?" What ONC has patented is an inventive mechanism, not the function it performs. Think about cars that get people from A to B and think about newly patented fuel cell vehicles that do the same thing.
