2005 sounds about right. 12 months in 2004 and then some months of 2005, so 12-24 months it is. Its pretty much what I think I had figured from the optimistic 12 months of Ray Henderson (The permit guy for the USFS) and the more hard nosed 24 months estimated by DEQ and EPA guys I know.
Its only going to be processing silver dore initially Norm. They have to get the autoclaves back on line to do sulfide ores, something that has to be carried out prior to cobalt concentrate refining or processing silver cons as well.
The shorts are out in force betting that Scott will not make it work. Its looking like more and more of a long shot, but hey Norm, they will eventually have to cover.
