If anyone tells you they know the answer to your excellent question then they are lying....for it is the magic question. Investors are placing their bets one way or another based on their best analysis which is challenging given the factors you spoke of in your message. The upside could be very rewarding but the downside comes from all the unknowns...I would say if someone is seeking a safe investment then this is not the right stock but if you are willing to take on more risk in a diversified portfolio for the potential upside, then it may be a good choice....at least I think so.
