First seen in an article in McLeans Magazine, I believe (a few months old, in context of a paper floated by the conservative gov't of Eves). Small mention of the group in regards to continued problems and cost over runs inherent in gov't operated ventures vs what had been done by private enterprise (Bruce). Then again on ROBTV a few days to a week ago. Again just a passing comment, nothing concrete. Got my attention on the second inference. Was wondering if anyone else had herd anything. Just an observation I've picked up on and am trying to look into further. Were all in this together. Good luck to all
