December 2003 Versus 2002

December 2003 Versus 2002A few figures you might find interesting when comparing December of 2002 versus December 2003. Opening Share Price 2002 = $.07 2003 = $.14 Closing Share Price 2002 = $.145 2003 = $.165 Total Volume 2002 = 5.3M or 10% of outstanding 2003 = 14.8M or 25% of outstanding Average Daily Volume 2002 = 265K 2003 = 705K Trading Days 2002 = 20 2003 = 21 You can read many things into the above numbers including: 1) Serious accumulation in December 2003 without substantial price movement where in 2002 we had serious price movement but accumulation that was lower on average than the last 150 day average in 2003. 2) 25% of the shares have been purchased in December between $.14 and $.20. At $.165 these shares have yet to make serious money for the holder, they won't be selling for profit at this price. Looking forward to 2004. Mike PS 75% of all outstanding shares have been traded in the last 150 days.
