RE: About the Options...HI Barrie boy...
Nice to see a new name on this board. Another 600k of dilution?
How can we possibly get a "leg-up" when shares are given away at these prices? I've held CPT since '99, sold out once before and back in again. Today I must announce that I've sold ALL of my interest in CPT. My major concern is the SARS find in China. CIBT lost one quarter revenue last year because of this and it looks to me that it's going to repeat. And how will possible partners see this development? The holding company never seems to reflect the gains of the subsidiary.
I'm still long on SEGB. I've stated this before, that is why I'm here.
So, that's it folks. I've done it before and re-entered...I'm "wearing my heart on my sleeve" here. No BS. If things turn for the better for CPT..I'll get back in.. for now I'll prefer SEGB. Sorry..I know I shouldn't be emotional about this..I've made some friends here. But we are all here about money. I will buy back in under new circumstances. Toby and his team are top notch..yes, ..does it need more time to play out?...circumstances are playing with this . ( and Canaccord).
Anyway, it's not a huge loss for me..I'm now looking at RFID and nanotechnology companies.(for a spec play try SI,SMY or SYA, JMAR or PLRS).( I do own SI and SYA)..missed JMAR.
If you're looking for a ride on a rocket..I think CPT has missed.
SEGB still showing well. Increased trading, the New York brokerage all bode well for SEG.
Here's the caveat..I sometimes make a move like this and it backfires. I was really going on emotion when I watched CPT dive from 4 bucks to 20 cents. I'm now much more likely to take money off the table when it is there. CPT needs to go 2 bucks (again) before we can get institutional interest. The way the shares are being handed out to new partners..it seems it will never happen.
Look at the insider trading history...Toby has bought and sold..to his advantage, ad infinitum.
I guess I better quit here before I go too far...(and prevent a lawsuit)
Of course I'll watch the closing prices and this bullboard. I've got too much time invested here to let go.
It's just my opinion of course....Ken
