what is 1% Ni worth?
what is 1% Ni worth? "Edward Posey, M.D. of NAN notes "recent increases in nickel prices have reached a four year high of US $9,200 per tonne - a nickel deposit grading 1% nickel has an in-situ value equivalent to a zinc deposit grading 11.5% zinc. GFMS Metals Consulting reports (May 2003) nickel prices have rallied because of disruptions in the market - suggesting the potential for nickel prices to trend even higher".
Note that the 9200 value is very old now since Ni is now over $15,000 a tonne!
