Primary Symbol: C.AGE

Acme Gold Company Limited is a Canada-based company engaged in the business of mineral exploration and the acquisition of mineral property assets in Canada. The Company owns a 100% interest in two contiguous mineral claims covering approximately 3,314 hectares (the Old Fort Property) located in the Babine District of northern British Columbia (BC), 22 kilometers (km) north of the village of Granisle, BC. The Old Fort Property lies about 13 km northwest of the past producing Bell copper mine. Can AGE double?

Can AGE double? At C$1.3 billion you are paying about C$130 or US$100 per ounce of expected gold in the ground. With the present byproduct metals spectrum pushing extraction costs to close to US$100 per ounce I believe they can come close to generating US$300 per ounce of profit margin or US$90 million (C$117 million) per year based on 300 000 ounces of gold produced. That is a return of 9% on the market cap of C$1.3 million, not bad in an environment of 4% yields. If metals prices increased further, gold to $500 and silver to $7.50, say, I believe a market cap of C$2.7 million is not inconceivable. Personally, I would think C$20-22 this year is quite possible.
