Stop panicking already! Pat is on BOD of both companies. SCS Vancouver moved into LLX offices some months back (Frank, Pat, Bob and I assume Scot). One day they may be the same compnay, see previous post, But Pat makes a typo in an NR and panick ensues, get a hold of yourselves guys. Also re Pat and Frank trading, look at volumes they do, and prices, nothing significant to worry about. Both still holding onto their positions. Only person that has sold significant volume into the market is Barry, who then used it to finance purchase of 500K shares in last PP.
