RE: Caribbience have Vanished!

RE: Caribbience have Vanished!TM I was not referring to BOD, but number of employees in total. Also, while I hear you rant about lies and errors coming from Vancouver (and there have been many whoppers over the years, has there not Frank?), the latest example you quote, ie the Business Update, was written by Rick? There have already been huge changes in SCS in the space of a year structurally. It probably won't be the end. But right now, it is important to allow Rick to focus on Business and not Boardroom Politics / takeovers, and we should be doing the same, it is the only thing that matters right now. The next AGM is a long way off. Wait and see what happens first. If you want to make a differnece, encourage people not to respond or buy after fluff NR's. Keep the share price down at PP/Warrant prices until warrants are excercised or expire and compnay is cashflow positive and in need of no more PP's. If the compnay does need cash, support warrant holders by buying shares in open market at warrant price, that way no-one gets fleeced, all cash goes to compnay, no unnecessary dilution. I would agree that the last PP was done too cheaply. 25c/share might well have been attainable. Not happy to see one non exec director lining his pockets by selling the SP down from 30's to 20c then taking largest single slice of PP (500K shares). But there was more than him selling the SP down, from memory, someone through Leede was selling an awful lot more shares than Barry seems to have sold at the time. That one seller did a lot to drive the price down. Somone with more history than me on trades may want to confirm that. Look again at Frank and Pat's trading and it's not worth arguing about imo. I get the impression some people want $2 share price and 100 installed customers and revolution NOW. You may get all of this, but not today, not tommorrow. The target for end of year was 6 TT live. We have 2-3, ie one complete but waiting for Caribbience to launch We now hope for remainder by end of Jan We are still in VERY EARLY STAGES of TT/SB rollout. This is not the done deal, all sorted cookie cutting excercise yet. There are still plenty of risks we don't know about (and wouldn't expect to). Right now, this is where the future of the compnay is being determined IMO. Idle
