Chart

Chart Not sure how to read this chart. First the big spike to $4, then a significant decline (U-shaped valley), and then another spike to $4. In four of the five last trading days it stuck its head up to $4 or above, but closed lower. If this chart were upside down, it would look terrible. But it's not upside down. So, is it good? Do you see an upward trend, or the beginning of a trading range? Any comments?
