RE: AGM

RE: AGMNo, I don't think it is a ploy to get the "up to 15 for 1 new" vote passed. It will pass regardless due to who holds the majority of the shares and how the voting has passed over the years.IMO. We need the consolidation no matter how you look at it. (Perhaps it may end up only be rolled back on a "10 for 1 new). There might be a few temporary moments of a decreased price but hey, look at where CD was trading at over the last few years. Gulp. We are on the mend. The properties are still there and the kitty will soon have the funds. As for the timing of Friday's NR. I am just guessing that the management were sticking to the same plan as in past years. Give the shareholders something before the AGM and demonstrating a bit of renewed interest in the stock. The NR was (IMO) an information piece to let us know and the market about what is going on and what will go on in the future. As piper mentioned, maybe there will be some additional revelations on Monday but if not they will surely follow once the PP is closed. I am guessing that this year there will be more announcements from the management than there have been in the last couple of years.
