Was it conjecture?

Was it conjecture?Justgettingby mentions a 1 for 4 consolidation of shares. Is this just conjecture or is this seriously being considered? Companies that consolidate sometimes see their shares prices fall to the same price before the consolidation. If their is a consolidation I might be better off unloading. Seabridge gold has pulled back considerably and could rebound. Omni-lite continues its slow upward movement. (could recover money some place else) On the other hand if they can restructure successfully this stock should make a nice upward movement. Point to ponder: What does it help to restructure if the reserves are depleted? I have not heard any word of success on their recent drilling program. Any news?? hanging in for now Venture100
