NREarthworks warrants exercised for 800,000 shares 2004-01-20 17:15 ET - News Release Mr. David Atkinson reports WARRANTS EXERCISED Earthworks Industries has disclosed that the whole of 800,000 share purchase warrants issued in February, 2003, have been exercised to purchase 800,000 shares of the company at 50 cents per share. The warrants were exercisable at 50 cents per share during the first year of their term and 75 cents per share during the second year of their term. The company also wishes to report that it has engaged the professional engineering firm, Knight Piesold Ltd., as project co-ordinator and designer for its integrated waste management project in California. Knight Piesold's Vancouver office, working in conjunction with its Denver office, has commenced initial work relating to detailed design of the facilities, together with budgets and timelines.
