Abe, they could find the purist grade of cobalt,ever known,on the surface. They would have hugh problems.I have a kid that works for the Gov. ,travels middle east and Africa. What noboby wants to discuss is the mad cows epidemic in Africa. Looks like ebola/aids,some belive now in water supply. Prions,can not be destroyed,which carry the problem.The other issue is Al-Quida,the news only discussed the Diamonds that were diverted. Now all material is scutinized,rebels abound,nationalization of assets,currency failures,etc. This is a addition to Phils comments. Phil also informed of a book about the mess Africa in with minerals and diversion.Also all smelting of cobalt is not local,meaning greater expense. I would say at optiman cobalt would have to be 28 to 30 to break even after a long number of years.If ,you not aware we at 4 dollar range to break even and actually less than that but I've been involved for 10 years,what do I know??? quida
