Future call center lease commitments

Future call center lease commitments in the 2002 annual report was $3,171,644. From that, we would have to minus the rent paid in 2003. I can't find a yearly figure, but maybe the "Current portion" of 719,294 is a yearly amount. At any rate, the savings seem to me to be something like $1.5 million, which is quite a few cents a share to a company with so few shares outstanding. Is this right? New management has been getting the financial job done. Maybe they will succeed at the rest of the 20 point plan. Could we still end up trading back up at $1.50?
