RE: Wheeler44MEpatriot, no, as far as I know evidence is not needed to file a
complaint. You may base a complaint on suspicion that something is
not right in Canada, or perhaps, some things appear to be totally
wrong in Canada.
A complaint from me would be more general against naked shorting by
Canadian brokers, banksters, rather than only specific to EGX.
If we aim to have new law created in Canada against naked
shortselling, making naked shorting illegal,
then I would feel much better as independent investor.
If OSC or US SEC will look at the complaint is up to them.
