RE: ChangesI use both TD and Etrade and don't see either offering a propectus so far. Maybe they will in a few days? Or maybe the shares will be pitched to bigger clients (institutional?) rather than to "the street". Either way, I understand the dilutive effect, but on the positive side pricing the shares at $9 is a good sign. If they were priced lower than that, this stock would have taken a bigger tumble. I bought more shares yesterday on the weakness.
