Army Testing facilityThe recent testing of the RAMP by the U.S. Army was at their research facility in Maryland. The press release today says that further tests will be conducted at an Army test facility in Maryland. I think the reason for the large increase in volumes is that investors have realized that the army may be using the RAMP system for these further tests. This may result in an explosion in orders for the system. Just MHO.
