RE: scs on SOS modeOnly thing we haven't seen happen is the remaining 3 TT/Sb's go live yet. Big difference between deom systems, parallel running, and live. The latter always uncovers more problems, requests and requirements, and live customers sit on your case and say NOW!
I imagine they a very busy at the moment, consolidating. And that would be entirely normal for a new product going live. Assume much of the problem side of this is complete when remaining 3 customers go live, leaving only further development and implemenation.
No worried by quite or falling SP. Definitely don't see SOS mode, maybe some firefighting behind the scenes.
Only thing that I would consider a problem would be if there were so many issues new clients threw the system out, opr went back to old systems until resolved, that would impact income.
PS, as the name says, the above is based on speculation and experience in the industry, not specific knowledage of SCS.
