Question for "sirirec"

Question for "sirirec"I tend to agree with your idea on the exercise of warrant and subsequent sale of the stock to capture the spread. If that is happening then the stock may be capped by this activity. The one thing that would undermine this strategy would be a solid news driven move in the stock thus making the warrant valuable as a trading vehicle rather than an arbitrage opportunity. So, the question is this: Do you think the warrants are an impediment to the stock price over the short run ie. 30 days? The year end is now in the bag and we await the results. Breakeven I expect which is fine with me. They are going to a big trade show at the end of the month but there is likely to be some good news prior to that. The stock seems to be trading smoothly and the volume is really very good. Setting up for a move to a bit higher level. The volume over the last thirty days is enough to put most of the free trading stock into stronger hands which is encouraging!
