Mutual Funds won't "generally" touch anything under $5US, including many large broker houses. Many houses will not let a broker touch a "penny" issue, while most "boutique" houses can play with what they like. Their discretion. Everyone here surely realizes this stock (at this moment) is strictly "spec". I keep hearing how the deal has been agreed to BUT until they have a signed contract or agreement...IN HAND...I repeat...IN HAND, which can be submitted to the regs...this is a purely specualtive (read "hype") situation. Who in the world knows when (if ever) the Indian govt., considering "red tape" et al, will finalize & deliver said docs. It could be tomorrow and yet it could be months from now. Everyone needs to think with their head and not their heart. Emotions have no room in investing...if a person hopes to win.
