If thats the case wouldn't you like to see some confirmation from spoule that that is in deed the size of the pool. In my mind since B1 is the known then give the shareholders some additional confidence going into the next few days. Might show this isn't just a P& D by CC. This will at least support current share price. If Cheryl is dry without independent confirmation I believe price will probably drop below a buck. Also if I was art I'd pay the penalty to transocean and preserve the remaining capital to finance the domestic prospects. Maybe try to get someone to farmin or JV on B2 to help preserve capital.
