RE: Has anybody acted on my 2/12 post??I filed complaints to various Securities Commissions regarding the
deal that took place outside the public market.
I've been informed that investors in Europe also have filed complaints,
and I assume that the Sec. Commissions will investigate the matter.
I believe that the Securities Commissions do not realease any info
before such investigation lead to a hearing/case and becomes a public matter, imo.
