As per your request. Hope this helps. February, 2004 Dear Friends, I am very pleased to announce the appointment of Janice Comeau as our Chief Financial Officer. She has very quickly become a valued part of our management team, and her counsel and experience were especially helpful to us as we completed our latest financing (which was a fairly complicated transaction). Janice is a Chartered Accountant; brings over 20 years of experience to our company, having held senior financial positions with the likes of the Bentall and Versacold corporations, both of which are major companies headquartered here in Vancouver. Our shipping department has been exceptionally busy of late - we have received several large orders in recent weeks, including a notification from RONA (now Canada's #1 hardware and home improvement store) that our Bio-Wash products have been accepted into their central warehousing system. That's very significant for us - in previous years, they have ordered from us on a store-by-store basis, and we've had difficulty getting our products into their main flagship stores in Quebec. Being listed in the RONA warehousing system will change that - and give us access to the entire chain of 540 stores across the country. We're also very excited about the encore edition of our RemovALL product on "This Old House." We sent a postcard (seen here) to paint and hardware store buyers throughout North America to alert them to the show, which is expected to air on PBS February 19th. We intend to do more promotion around that show in the weeks to come. On the industrial side, our aviation grade stripper, SV-35/PMA has been awarded what's known as an "NTO" (No Technical Objection) letter from one of the world's leading producers of business jets. The company - known as "Embraer" (www.embraer.com) is headquartered in Brazil, and one of their major clients is British Airways. The NTO letter from Embraer was actually addressed to British Airways in response to a query originated by them, and will clear the way for British Airways to use our surface stripping product on their fleet of Embraer jets. Next week, we'll be at the "World of Concrete" trade show in Orlando, Florida. It's one of the world's largest trade shows (www.worldofconcrete.com), with some 77,000 registrants from around the world.
