NFC is not moving up on volume because there isn't any volume! As of 11:38 am, only 1,527,133 shares had exchanged hands. That's only between $122,170 and $129,806 in total value.
Nortel, on the other hand, has traded 13,999,277 shares as of the same time. This represents between $149 million and $156 million in total value.
Once NFC starts trading in the tens of millions of shares per day, there should be more movement.
