Don't mean to be picky here, and I could be wrong, but I believe the
domain for emails to the British Columbia Securities Commission is:
name@bcsc.bc.ca
name@bcsc.bc.ca has been used when I've been in contact with them.
(The domain bcsc.ca is in use by another organization)
