What is Kelso worth????????

If the release on Monday is about a buyout or merger what are our shares worth? I have absolutely no idea and that is why I am throwing this out on the board. Any suggestions. I have no idea if this is what is going to happen, just trying to generate a discussion until Monday. Abe19
