Trust that the US SEC has more than basic knowledge of how the
Canadian market operates.
It's mind-boggling that someone even dare to think about naked
shorting a good stock like EGX The Gold Producer, when the Gold is in
an incredible Bulltrend.
If I were the broker who has naked short-sold a stock I would not
sign up on Stockhose and spend a Sunday bashing the stock and call
board members names etc.
If I were the broker who has naked short-sold a stock, I would buy
back and cover the unreported naked shorting A.S.A.P!
There's a huge difference between a brokarage license and a mining license.
When a brokers licence is revoked / pulled back due to wrongdoing, it
can't be renewed again.
If a mining license is about to expire, it's simply a matter of a
renewal of the mining license. (like you renew a driver's license)
Other than fresh air and sunshine, there is nothing worth anything, - other than GOLD.
