Public Service Announcement.
Public Service Announcement.Hello fellow OIL investors. I apologize as this is my first post on the forum. My intentions are NOT to bad mouth the stock but to state the facts. I have purchased OIL at 1.88 last week myself so Anyone who's losing money as we speak you have my sympathies.
This is what I wanted to share with you folks.
Brenda Well
• Lower than Sheryl.
• Begin drilling around Wednesday – Friday (February 25th – February 27th).
• DOES have OIL, how much of it and if it is recoverable/feasible, UNKNOWN!
President’s comment about the SHERYL well: “Additionally, while being flow tested through a smaller choke, the Oilexco 15/25b-6 well flowed with double the flowing pressure of the original 15/25b-3 well.”
Do you know what this is? BULLSH-T. It’s simple physics. Put the same pressure on a pipe that is two times smaller in diameter will cause the fluid to flow at a rate of x to the power of two (squared basically) faster than a pipe that is two times wider in diameter.
A pipe that is (---------) this wide will have a flow rate of 2 cubic m/second,
A pipe that is (----) this wide will have a flow rate of 4 cubic m/second,
A pipe that is (--) this wide will have a flow rate of 16 cubic m/second.
Understand so far?
Continuing…..
Also keep in mind that the volume of OIL will INCREASE at higher temperatures. Therefore more barrels of Oil at higher temps.
i.e. 2,690 barrels per day of 39 degrees oil vs. 2,980 barrels per day of 40-degree oil
These are the estimates for the Brenda region (which included the possible Sheryl hole): Sproule estimates that 4,275,000 STBs are recoverable and are classified as probable reserves of 2,715,000 STBs and possible reserves of 1.56 million STBs.
Keep in mind that BRENDA does have Oil. It is UNKNOWN however how much of it it has.
Therefore still a VERY speculative play. Considering also that they don’t have any other major interests anywhere in the world. The North Sea project has been their primary objective since 2001. Iraq is no longer an option either since “food-for-oil” program does not exist, USA is there now, all OIL will go through the hands of the US.
For appropriate share price, I say a $1.10 is reasonable. Even 1.35 at the moment is high. I went in at 1.88 and was expecting Sheryl’s results.
I now regret going in at a 1.88.
Good luck and God Speed.
D.
