RE: Caldwell is buying. Hmmm.If outstanding shares going up sure sign that we have more "illegal" naked short selling going which is out of control and easy to do in canada. Report it to the OSC and should have a nice bounce in share price with that many shares being naked short. Arm SERIOUS
