Fennec Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on its product candidate PEDMARK. I wonder if this seller has a standing order with Cannacord to sell shares at the lowest price possible (even if it means knocking the price down if it starts to climb) or is this just how Cannacord helps their clients clear positions? Something fishy is going on here. Further INVESTIGATION is required, but in the meantime, enjoy the cheap shares.
