You are over analyzing. He was being interviewed - he made a statement - it has been reported in a number of articles - OIL has British shareholders as well as Canadian - by making a public statement he did make it to you. If it was promotional, as you suggest, it hasn't done very much for the stock has it? Bottom line, further wells still have to be drilled to make that number a reality and until they are it doesn't really matter what has or has not been said.
