As far as i know, WIN is NOT (repeat NOT) currently in talks with them. I know they have a strategy, but i believe they are waiting for the right time to proceed. One day you'll know what i mean. As for Redline, expect a resolution in much less than a year. And, i believe the postponments were all at WIN's request and not the other way around. eom.
