Halcrow Point of interest,a hydrometalurgical operation is a refinery in technical terms. Has to do with impurities being removed and all that kind of stuff. Went thru this with someone else and Phil explained in this operation it acts like one. Bet you 1 billion Chinese could care less? Have a good day.
