If I was INTEL - no royalyies until

WIN discloses the revenues that it receives from Philips along with an INTEL guesstimate of the number of Philips units sold. We already know that for Philips, payments will extent for products produced under license from WIN up until September, 2009, only (if I remember correctly). Not until 2012. The advantage of the early signing by Philips appears to be an earlier cessation of royalty payments?????
