You obviously have good intentions, but you should do a little more research on a company you are invested in to understand exactly what it is they are involved with.
After talking to Encompass Communications (not Compass), I understand that the Toodoggone (not Teuton) area in BC has two significant epithermal gold prospects. These prospects were acquired from Guardsmen Resources. The prospects are located near the Kemess mine which has a copper-gold bearing porphyry. Bishop does expect to be on the Toodoggone project this spring or early summer.
Management changes were inevitable with the passing of the president, so I suppose you can call that a restructuring if you wish. What we can look forward to is a strong new management team who will be able to move this company and their new projects forward.
Watch for the new website, as that will give shareholders a clear indication of where this company is headed.
