Hudson Hawk
Hudson Hawk I think that you should be told what Stan Said at the AGM when I asked him about the Eqpt. Was it purchased and if so How? His reply was as follows: we have an agreement in place for the eqpt. and no money has changed hands. The agreement is subject to permit approval and therefor only on offer in principle. Tom then stated that eqpt. such as the ballmill are a dime a dozen and the last time he checked 125 used mills are avaiable in western Canada and two or three close to the project in Quebec and one in Ont. I asked about the financing as two years ago at the AGM the Hong Kong Bank was mentioned as a Supplier of funding and Stans answer was ........ Financing will not be an issue or a problem as a national eqpt. supplier has indicated assistance in that area provided we buy their Eqpt. Now I can tell you for sure that it will not be Torro Lawn Mower Corp or Dear John as the color of their eqpt. is not bright enough. It was mentioned to me by Micrex that they did not think I would be at the meeting ... my reply ... I call it as I sees it .... like it or not does not matter to me. The same group of fifteen or so org. investors were there plus Micrex top personnel. You must realize by now HH that Cecil5 is now playing MIX with a portion of his profits from ealier years and therefore does not have org. hard cash 0f $150,000.00 tied up otherwise his tune might be a little higher in pitch and from a little differnet corner as well. Cecil was a smart investor and moved out at the right times and GOOD for him. This is why he may find it a little harder to grasp why your tone and comments. If I had a buck for every time I was told buy its just a day or two away I would have reitre already ... but not so .... Does MIX have the GOODS .. you BET ... when and how they delivery in my opinion will be at least three months before the next update. People laught when I posted and asked would you be willing to hold till Xmas and then a few days later the delay in permitting. The one positive thing for me was that MIX has realized they need someone to do the presentation for permitting on their behalf. It is not always what you know but who you know and how one goes about their bus. that gets things done. I preceived that Stan was somewhat apprehensive about how this meeting would go and I think rightfully so. Cecil has pumped this stock for a long long time however I do not see RBC picking up the volumes of share that he thought would happen last week. When I see RBC buying I know things are a happening. I do feel that what MIX did on delaying the permit was the right thing once the facts got extracted but that the presentation and delivery of same was poorly handled. I find it every interesting that those that pump this stock have not started buying yet so we just sit and wait HH thats what playing the markets is all about. This is the fourth almost done deal since I have been involed with MIX and your comment HH about Raising Share capital $$ I think for one is correct. Investors want some Proof and hard facts not just talk and promises. Remember the proof is in eating the pudding.
