RE: Economical Deposit

RE: Economical DepositWhen it comes to potential junior resource discoveries and developing economic deposits, I would never say never. Discoveries are a combination of applied skill and knowledge, and luck. You just never know whose drill hole will come up with the next bonanza. UEX's 'Shea' deposit may not be economical at the moment despite the good grades because of it's extreme depth, but that doesn't preclude the possibility of dramatic expansion of the resource and/or the effect of effect of dramatic price increases in the price of uranium. Who's to say UEX's current round of drilling won't unleash bonanza grades? It's a calculated risk, for sure, but certainly a possibilty, especially given the confidence shown by some pretty deep pockets. Similarly, JNN/IUC's drilling may prove up a Key Lake type grade, or it may indeed result in McArthur type intercepts. Who can really say until the drill holes themselves dictate their certainties. We all know that drilling for uranium is much more difficult than drilling for gold or copper or base metals, due to the "normally relatively small size" of the uranium pockets. (McArthur was a spectacular exception, of course). That additional risk is a good reason that there are few participants in the uranium exploration field. So, I wish good luck to whichever companies are brave enough to take up the gauntlet. So far, so good, for both UEX and JNN/IUC.
