RE: Stanley

RE: StanleyDale ......... A takeover does not always equate to a higher share price as has been eluded to here by some .. in fact to could very well be the reverse. Stan holds only 10% of the shares himself and yes family members hold some besides however acquiring shares at 30-40 cents on the dollar will get you a fair number over time, (something that MIX seems to have a lot of ... time) 12,000,000 shares will give controlling interest so 12 investors at 1,000,000 would do the trick. There would be NO need for any company to pay $5.00 a share when they could pick up controlling interest for $ 2.00 on the open market. I believe that you would see a lot of shares hitting the blocks at the $ 1-2 range so why pay $50-100 come on Cecil5 get real. I do not see RBC in there buying( bidding) any at this lower price the prevoius bid and sale at .28 was TD . It seems things are heating up in the Kitchen as of late not sure if this is good or bad just getting hotter and the prices are getting lower and the lower the hotter things get in the Kitchen hmmmmm.
